Job Description

We are currently looking for full-time and part-time dependable Pharmacy Technicians that will process and fill prescriptions. You will undertake other tasks under the direction of the Pharmacist to provide excellent customer service and help ensure the pharmacy runs smoothly. As a Pharmacy Technician you must be detail-oriented and reliable. You must possess excellent communication skills and capability in using computers.

Qualifications

• Full-time positions: Experience required, certification preferred
• Part-time positions: Entry level, no experience required
• Licensed Pharmacy Technician (License can be applied for after being hired)
• Must provide proof of or agree to receive COVID-19 Vaccine
• High School Graduate or equivalent

Skills & Experience

• Full-time pharmacy technician: experience required, certification preferred
• Part-time entry level pharmacy technician: no experience required
• Experience in retail or with customer service
• Positive team-focused attitude, self-motivated, ability to adapt to changes and needs
• Knows the importance of accuracy and organization

Key Responsibilities

• Manual dispensing and packing of medications
• Operating automated dispensing machine
• Receiving inventory
• Answering phones
• Packaging order for deliveries
• Standing on feet for up to 8 hours

Compensation

• Compensation depends on experience: $12-$17
