Patients & Families

The care of our patients and the support we provide to their families is paramount. Our staff is immediately available to help with any questions or special requests they may have. We’re also able to deliver home medical equipment, OTC meds, personal care items, and provide all immunizations – on-site.

Nurses & Staff

We support our nursing staff and work hard to prove that we’re on their side. We understand the critical role of nurses as last person in the medication administration process. We’re often told by communities that the medication process goes so much more smoothly and error-free, giving their nurses more time to focus on the patients. We’re often told we’ve made someone’s job easier, allowing them to spend more time caring for their residents.

Administrators

Our philosophy is that once our system is up-and-running, administrators should have limited day-to-day involvement (unless so desired). We have found that our standard care of service exceeds administrators’ expectations and that the process runs smoothly and efficiently. With that said, we always welcome feedback and input to help better our service.

Medication Therapy Management (MTM)

KODOCARE’s Medication Therapy Management (MTM) includes a range of support including patient assessment and medication review, monitoring efficacy and safety of medication therapy, and enhancing medication adherence through our Med Sync and/or KODO Pak. Our MTM program provides significant value for residents with multiple disease states and multiple medications by reducing hospitalizations and/or adverse reactions.
